Bridgeport – Multi-Vehicle Crash Update
Authorities have released more info regarding a recent vehicle crash in Bridgeport.
Last Monday, a vehicle traveling on Route 130 veered off its proper path and crashed into a parked pickup. The collision forced the truck to hit a commercial building located nearby. The driver of the car sustained serious injuries. Officials have now identified the responders who extricated the victim from the crashed vehicle. School resource officers Jonathan Mendez and Thiago Reaes were nearby when they heard the crash. They quickly went to the scene and found the driver of the striking vehicle unresponsive inside the car.
