Bridgeport – Intersection Crash With Entrapment
A woman was trapped inside her car after an accident in Bridgeport yesterday.
A few minutes past 12:00 p.m., emergency crews responded to the intersection of Main and Vanguard Streets to assist motorists involved in a crash. According to officials, two vehicles collided, resulting in heavy damage to both vehicles. The driver of one vehicle, a still-unidentified woman, was trapped inside her car and fire crews had to extricate her from the vehicle. EMS personnel have already tended to those injured in the crash. More information has yet to be released by authorities pending an investigation. Updates will be provided when appropriate.
