Bridgeport – Driver Seriously Injured By Passenger
A passenger attacked an Uber driver in Bridgeport last Sunday morning.
The attack occurred at around 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and East Main Street (Route 127). An Uber driver was attacked by his passenger with a knife. He sustained a serious laceration injury to his hand and was in critical condition when authorities arrived at the scene due to blood loss. He was immediately tended to by emergency crews and is now considered stable. Officials are investigating the attack and trying to identify the suspect.
