Accidents that only involve single vehicles can be challenging to investigate, particularly in cases where product defects, among other factors, may have played a part. That said, once investigators complete their investigation, and if negligence or reckless behavior is established, aggrieved parties may have options at their disposal. Talking to legal experts can help them understand what these options are.
