Berlin – Vehicle In Pedestrian Crash Identified

At around 10:40 p.m., 58-year-old Janine Wiktor was at a McDonald’s on 185 New Britain Road when she was struck by a vehicle. The driver fled the scene immediately, leaving Wiktor critically injured. The victim eventually died due to her injuries. Berlin authorities have now released video footage that identified the suspect vehicle as a red pickup truck with possible front-end damage.
