Windsor – Vehicle Crash On Highway

A vehicle accident occurred on the highway in Windsor yesterday afternoon.

The incident occurred on the northbound lanes of I-91 crossing Windsor, about half a mile before Exit 39 (Kennedy Road). Responders arrived at the scene at approximately 1:33 p.m. and discovered a crash that resulted in injuries. Officials have yet to specify the number of vehicles and motorists involved in the crash, but requested both fire and EMS support. The incident forced the closure of a section of the highway, and it took road crews about 40 minutes to clear the area of all obstructions. The crash is currently under investigation.
