39-year-old John Ingalls of Ivoryton was riding his bicycle on Spencer Plains Road when he was struck by the vehicle whose driver immediately left the area. Ingalls sustained critical injuries and was immediately hospitalized. He died last weekend. Officials have now identified Ingalls as a registered organ donor.
