Waterbury – Man Hospitalized In Shooting Incident
A man was seriously hurt in an incident in Waterbury yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 4:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to 722 East Main Street and discovered a man who was injured following a shooting incident in the area. An unspecified number of assailants fled the area following the shooting. The victim has since been transported to the hospital, but authorities have yet to disclose his current status. Officials are now investigating the case and reviewing evidence at the scene. Witnesses are requested to contact authorities as soon as possible.
