Vernon – Highway Crash With DUI Suspect
A motorist was charged with DUI after a highway crash in Vernon last Saturday.
Emergency crews were called in to the eastbound side of I-84 crossing Vernon, just before exit 66, and discovered an accident involving multiple vehicles. Injuries were reported by authorities, and those involved have already been tended to by medical personnel. Immediately after the incident, 34-year-old Scott Olsen of Bolton was apprehended and charged with driving under the influence and tailgating for his involvement in the accident. Officials are still investigating the incident and will release more updates as they become available.
