Emergency crews are always focused on processing and clearing highway incidents as quickly as possible to avoid heavy delays and the risk of additional accidents. Of course, this is done while still allowing investigators enough time to collect evidence as bringing responsible parties to justice is a required objective. This is noteworthy because it may also allow injured parties to pursue their own avenues with the help of legal experts. This may include seeking damages if deemed the proper course of action.
