Winchester – Hit-And-Run Incident

A pedestrian was seriously hurt in a hit-and-run incident in Winchester last Friday evening.

At 7:40 p.m., authorities received reports of an injured pedestrian at the intersection of Main and Union Streets and quickly dispatched emergency teams to the area.
