Head-on collisions can be caused by different factors and almost always result in serious injuries. Accurately identifying the causes of these crashes can be challenging but necessary if future incidents are to be avoided. That said, injured parties not responsible for these collisions may have the option to file for damages if investigators discover negligence as a culprit. In these scenarios, legal experts can help these victims pursue this course of action.
