On Monday, authorities released info regarding an incident that started at a Dunkin’ store on Route 322. According to officials, a fight broke out between two motorists inside a vehicle. The passenger was soon taken to the hospital for treatment. Authorities eventually arrested the driver, 23-year-old Alex Wabuda. He is currently facing charges of third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call, and second-degree breach of peace.

Authorities just released more info regarding last Saturday’s crash in Southington.

Shortly past 1:00 a.m. last Saturday, 23-year-old Vincent Fairbank and 21-year-old Allissa Ducas, both of Meriden, were traveling east on Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike in a 2008 BMW when they collided with a Subaru driven by 63-year-old Toby Durgan of Southington near Orchard Lane. Durgan and Ducas sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital by responders, while Fairbank was pronounced dead at the scene. Southington – Intersection Crash Victim Identified

Authorities have released more information about last Friday’s intersection crash in Southington.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Clark Street (Route 509) and Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike (Route 322) and involved two vehicles. 17-year-old Julia Bruno was driving her Nissan Sentra when, at approximately 10:18 p.m., she collided with another vehicle driven by 76-year-old Nancy Giudice.
