A motorist was seriously hurt in a car theft incident in Stamford last Monday afternoon.

At around 5:15 p.m., a 32-year-old man from Stamford was inside his 2010 Honda Civic on Wilson Street when several unidentified assailants attempted to steal his vehicle. Cromwell – Officer Injured In Stolen Vehicle Incident

Suspects in a stolen vehicle hit and injured a police officer in Cromwell yesterday morning.

At around 9:00 a.m., officials received reports of store theft at Walmart Supercenter. Officers dispatched to the scene discovered two juveniles inside an SUV that was later found to be stolen. They attempted to talk to and apprehend the suspects when the vehicle suddenly started moving backward, hitting one of the officers and throwing him on the pavement. The suspects successfully fled the area. The victim sustained significant injuries but is expected to fully recover. Cromwell – Stolen Vehicle Crash

A larceny suspect was arrested following a crash in Cromwell last Thursday.

At approximately 4:44 p.m., Frederick Dart III was reportedly driving a stolen vehicle on Main Street when he swerved onto the opposite lane, crashing onto the curb and colliding with another vehicle that was attempting to leave a driveway near Reiman Drive. Hartford – Injuries In Stolen Vehicle Incident

A motorist was seriously hurt in a crash in Hartford yesterday morning.

Officials were dispatched to the intersection of Ridgefield Street and Westbourne Parkway following reports of a crash in the area.
