Motorcycle accidents almost always result in serious injuries, so authorities will always exercise due diligence in identifying the causes of these accidents with the goal of preventing future incidents. Identifying culprits can also enable accident victims to file for damages, particularly in cases where DUI, reckless behavior or negligence can be established.
