Stonington – DUI Causes Crash And Injury
A woman is facing charges after causing a crash in Stonington last Thursday.
34-year-old Eve Kodis McLellan was driving north on Liberty Street (Route 2) at approximately 8:00 p.m. when she rear-ended a car that was at a stop sign near the I-95 off-ramp. Injuries were reported in the collision. Authorities who arrived at the scene administered a sobriety test on McLellan, which she failed. She was apprehended immediately after the incident and is now facing charges of driving with a suspended registration, tailgating and DUI.
