Collisions between tractor-trailers and other vehicles frequently result in heavy damage and serious injuries. It’s important to quickly determine if negligence played a part in these incidents, and if that’s the case, responsible parties should immediately be taken off the road. Negligent motorists have hurt other people in the past, so they should be made liable for their actions, including claims filed by victims if deemed appropriate by legal experts.
