Stafford – Multiple Charges Filed Against Man
A man from Stafford was charged by authorities for multiple offenses last Friday.
18-year-old Andrew Russano was involved in several road incidents that led to officials charging him on multiple counts. He’s been charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault in connection with a May 7 incident on Randall Road that resulted in injuries. He’s also facing a charge of disorderly conduct related to an incident on County Road back on May 14.
Connecticut laws are very strict when it comes to protecting the safety of everyone plying its roads. It follows then that personal injuries caused by suspects who are considered negligent or exhibiting reckless behavior can be strong grounds for filing compensation claims.
