Many pedestrian accidents are caused by negligent behavior or DUI, so these factors have to be identified or otherwise eliminated by investigators. Suffice it to say, the discovery of any form of negligence may enable injured pedestrians to pursue claims against suspects/culprits with the help of expert legal counsel.
