Southington – Motorcyclist Injured In Highway Crash
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a highway accident in Southington last Saturday.
At approximately 4:45 a.m., a motorcycle rider was traveling on I-84 crossing Southington when he was hit by the vehicle behind him. He sustained a serious leg injury in the crash. Instead of stopping, the suspect just continued driving. Motorists riding in a car behind the suspect vehicle stopped and tended to the victim’s injuries. Emergency crews quickly responded to the accident and transported the victim to the hospital for further treatment.
