Southington – Injuries After Tree Crash
Several motorists were injured in a highway crash in Southington last Saturday evening.
The accident occurred on the eastbound side of I-84 crossing Southington, around half a mile before exit 32 (Queen Street/Route 10). According to authorities, two vehicles crashed into trees along the interstate, with one tree falling onto one of the vehicles. A total of three passengers were involved in the crash. Emergency crews transported one person to the hospital for treatment. The identities of those involved have yet to be released by officials pending an investigation.
