Southbury police responded to a crash on Route 6 last Monday.
Authorities investigated a crash that occurred on Route 6 crossing Southbury involving a three-wheeled motorcycle and another vehicle. The motorcycle was traveling northbound on Route 6, also known as Main Street, when it collided with the second vehicle at the Bucks Hill Road intersection. Emergency services went to the scene immediately and cordoned off a section of Route 6 between Route 67 and Dublin Hill Road. The motorcycle rider sustained head injuries in the incident.
Road accidents involving any type of vehicle that result in injury to drivers or passengers can be grounds for personal injury claims/compensation. Moreover, if DUI, reckless driving or negligence can be proven, these claims become more potent.
