Vehicle entrapment is typically an accurate measure of the severity of accidents and requires a quick response from emergency crews. Identifying the causes of these incidents is extremely important because preventing accidents is, obviously, an important goal for state and local officials. These things said, victims not responsible for these crashes should be aware of their legal rights and options, particularly in cases where negligence could be involved.
