Vehicle accidents with no apparent causes have to be investigated thoroughly for possible product defects. There have been instances in the past where this factor has caused road accidents, so investigators will always look at this possibility. Whatever the outcome of these investigations, if negligence is established, injured parties may have the option of filing for damages if their legal counsel deems it appropriate.
