Roxbury – Motorist Hospitalized After SUV Crash
Two SUVs collided in Roxbury last Monday.
A Jeep Wrangler driven by a 39-year-old woman from New Milford collided with another Jeep Wrangler driven by a 53-year-old Oxford resident near the intersection of Route 67 and Crofut Lane. The crash forced the woman’s Jeep off the road and into a tree. Both drivers sustained injuries in the incident. The woman incurred multiple fractures and was transported to Danbury Hospital, while the male driver was treated on-site and refused to be transported. The area has since been cleared of both vehicles. Officials are currently investigating the crash and will release more info when appropriate.
