A highway crash occurred in Rocky Hill yesterday.
State and local officials were alerted to the crash at approximately 4:57 p.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the southbound lanes of I-91 and discovered an accident that occurred at Exit 24 (Silas Deane Highway/Route 99). Injuries were reported by responders and all involved motorists have since been tended to by medical personnel. It only took road crews several minutes to clear the scene of all obstructions, but the incident is still under investigation.
