Norwalk – Establishment Owner Assaulted

A business owner was assaulted by four individuals in Norwalk early Sunday morning.

At approximately 2:13 a.m., four individuals were fighting in front of the Public Wine Bar SoNo on Washington Street. The owner of the establishment saw the altercation and asked the four men to leave the area. At this point, the suspects physically attacked the owner. He sustained multiple injuries in the incident and has since received medical treatment. 21-year-old Courtlyn McKune-Victrum, 22-year-old Valentin Crespo, 23-year-old Terrance Desances, and 25-year-old Daquan Keel were immediately arrested by responding officers and are now facing charges of breach of peace and third-degree assault. They are scheduled to appear in court on March 30.

It’s only appropriate for authorities to apprehend/arrest individuals involved in various forms of public disturbances, particularly when these incidents result in property damage or physical injuries. Not only that, victims of these reckless parties are advised to consult legal experts to determine if they have the option of filing damage/compensation claims against these suspects.
