Norwalk – Car Crashes Into Pickup Truck
A car veered off the road and crashed into a pickup truck in Norwalk last Thursday.
The accident occurred on 59 Winfield Street (Route 136). A white car was traveling south when it swerved off Route 136 and hit several trees before crashing onto the bed of a parked pickup truck. A window of the house behind the parked truck was also damaged due to the crash. Norwalk fire crews removed two occupants from the car and immediately transported them to Norwalk Hospital for further evaluation and treatment of injuries. Norwalk Police are still investigating the incident.
If DUI, reckless driving or negligence can be removed as possible causes of vehicle accidents, then authorities can consider product/vehicle defects or road damage as culprits. In such cases, aggrieved parties, with the help of legal experts, can file for damage/compensation claims.
