While infrequent, motorists do get injured or killed in incidents involving undisclosed/unknown medical conditions. That said, these cases will still be investigated to discount the possibility of ill-intent or negligence. Victims of these unfortunate events, or their next-of-kin, would be best-served by experts who can thoroughly examine their cases and suggest legal actions if appropriate.
