Newtown – Injuries After Head-On Collision
Two vehicles collided head-on in Newtown last Tuesday.
Local authorities are still investigating a crash that occurred on Mt. Pleasant Road on December 3. According to reports, two vehicles figured in a head-on collision on the roadway, resulting in heavy damage and serious injuries. One motorist was transported to the hospital immediately following the incident. Officials have not identified anyone yet and are still collecting evidence that may point to the cause of the crash. Anyone with relevant info is encouraged to contact authorities and contribute to the investigation.
This case exemplifies how critical witness reports are in certain crash investigations. Bring suspects/culprits to justice is the obvious objective, so this factor can’t be overstated. That said, it’s also important for crash victims (or their families) to be aware of the legal avenues they can explore to help them cope and find closure.
