New Haven – Two Injured In Vehicle Shooting
Two motorists were hospitalized following a shooting incident in New Haven Monday afternoon.
At approximately 1:20 p.m., authorities responded to 75 Whalley Avenue after receiving reports of gunfire in the area. An unidentified assailant shot at a vehicle while parked at a restaurant, injuring two occupants. The driver, a 24-year-old man, and his passenger both sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital for treatment. Authorities have since scoured the area for evidence and have yet to identify or locate the culprit. Witnesses are encouraged to contact New Haven Police as soon as possible.
