A man with a serious gunshot wound walked into a hospital in New Haven late Monday evening.
At approximately 11:06 p.m., a 20-year-old man walked into Yale-New Haven Hospital with a gunshot wound in his body. He was reportedly transported to the hospital by an unidentified private vehicle. As of posting time, the victim is in critical but stable condition. No word yet on the circumstances preceding the shooting.
