New Haven – Car Crashes Into Building
A vehicle crashed into an establishment in New Haven last Friday evening.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., crews were dispatched to Justin’s Deli Market at the intersection of Grand and Blatchley Avenues to investigate a car crash. According to responders, a car with two occupants crashed into the building, injuring both motorists. Two pedestrians who were in front of the store were hit by the vehicle and pronounced dead. The accident is currently being investigated. Officials will release more information as they become available.
Establishing accountability is an important goal in this and other similar cases. The victims just happened to be in the area when the crash occurred, so identifying the cause/culprit will help their families find closure after this tragic event. Suffice it to say, pedestrians have avenues at their disposal if ever they are involved in similar situations in the future. The benefits of consulting legal experts in these cases cannot be overstated.
