Intersection collisions can be caused by different factors, and blocking off these crash sites should give investigators the freedom to safely examine and collect evidence. Obviously, establishing accountability is the primary goal of this process and will not only bring culprits to justice but also allow victims to pursue legal options that can help them find closure.
