Montville – Motorist On The Run

Authorities are currently looking for a motorist who assaulted Montville Police officers Saturday evening.

At around 8:30 p.m., 45-year-old Todd Raymond was stopped by local police officers on New London Turnpike. As these officers were about to ask questions, Raymond suddenly fled the area, dragging the two officers until they eventually fell off the vehicle. Authorities eventually found the vehicle in Norwich, but Raymond remains at large. Officials are asking witnesses or anyone with potentially useful info to come forward and contact their office as soon as possible.
