Monroe – Rollover Crash Victim Identified
Officials have identified the victim of last Wednesday’s rollover crash in Monroe.
53-year-old Kenneth Tobin of Monroe was driving his vehicle on Route 111 (Monroe Turnpike) when his vehicle crashed into a bridge abutment near Route 34 before rolling over. Tobin sustained critical injuries in the crash and was immediately transported by emergency responders to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital due to the severity of his injuries. Authorities are still investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information about it to contact them as soon as possible.
