Meriden – Officer Injured In Parking Incident
A police officer was injured in a parking accident in Meriden last Monday.
An on-duty police officer responding to a parking complaint was injured when the cruiser she just parked rolled over her leg. The incident occurred in a parking lot at 28 Maple Street. Emergency crews immediately transported the officer to the hospital for treatment. According to witnesses, the cruiser just started rolling back after the officer got out of the vehicle. The incident is still being investigated by authorities.
