Rush hour highway accidents can result in heavy delays, so emergency crews always focus on assisting injured motorists and clearing crash sites as quickly as possible. They do this without diminishing the integrity of crash site investigations — that efficiency highlights the dedication authorities have in dealing with these situations. That said, if reckless behavior or negligence is established in any of these cases, injured motorists can consult legal experts to determine what their options are in terms of filing for damages/compensation.
