Everyone is advised to wear their seatbelts when driving/riding any vehicle. While this is obvious, some accidents involving vehicle ejections have been caused by people ignoring this. The current climate has also made driving on most roads quite dangerous, hence the need to be extra cautious when operating vehicles. These things said, anyone injured due to the negligent actions of other individuals are advised to talk to legal experts so that their options can be discussed with them.
