Highway fatalities, particularly single-vehicle accidents, have to be investigated thoroughly for possible product/vehicle defects, aside from other factors. Having said that, any case that involves negligence allows victims or their families to explore various options with their legal counsel in the hope of finding closure after these tragic events.
