Hartford – Hit-And-Run Incident Update
Authorities have released more information regarding a recent pedestrian incident in Hartford.
55-year-old Sharlene Mansfield was seriously hurt and eventually died after getting hit by a car in front of 404 Hillside Avenue. After acquiring video footage of the incident, officials have now identified the vehicle that hit Mansfield. A 2018 Hyundai Sonata, with license plate AU88355, was caught on camera traveling away from the accident site. The vehicle was recently reported missing/stolen in Ellington. Officials are still following leads related to the hit-and-run incident and will release more updates when appropriate.
