Hartford – Fatality In Repair Shop Accident

A car mechanic died from critical injuries in a shop accident in Hartford last Monday morning.

The car was on a lift and dropped without warning. According to police, Soto-Carrasquillo was eventually pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries. An initial inspection of the accident scene points to an improperly positioned lift arm as a possible cause of the incident.
