Guilford – Fatality In Intersection Crash
Several people were involved in an intersection crash in Guilford last Thursday.
Emergency crews immediately responded to the intersection of Route 80 (Old Toll Road) and Hoop Pole Road after receiving reports of the crash. According to authorities, a three-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection, resulting in multiple injuries and a fatality. 85-year-old Richard Walkden died from his injuries. EMS crews have already attended to everyone involved in the crash. The incident is still being investigated. Officials are asking anyone with information about the crash to contact them as soon as possible.
