Rush-hour highway accidents can cause significant collateral effects, so it’s crucial that these crash sites are cleared as quickly as possible. Of course, the primary goal remains the identification of crash causes/culprits so that any negligent parties can be quickly taken off the road. That said, injuries caused by negligence or reckless behavior should enable victims to explore and pursue legal claims against liable parties.
