Greenwich – Man Facing DUI Charges After Crash
Last Sunday, a man was arrested in Greenwich after his car crashed.
33-year-old Oscar Munoz, from Norwalk, was identified as the driver of a vehicle that crashed in the area of Delavan Avenue and Chestnut Street at around 2:45 a.m. Munoz was apprehended by Greenwich police and was asked to perform field sobriety tests which he failed. Authorities said he was displaying observable signs of impairment and that prompted them to arrest Munoz. He was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle. He was eventually released after posting bail of $250. His court hearing is scheduled on June 3.
