Greenwich – DUI Suspect Arrested
A motorist was just arrested in connection with a crash in Greenwich that resulted in injuries.
On November 12, 42-year-old Svitlana Zvarych was driving her 2005 Toyota Scion on Stanwich Road when she collided with another vehicle. Injuries were reported in the crash, and Zvarych was transported to the hospital when responders arrived at the scene. A subsequent investigation revealed that Zvarych was under the influence when the incident occurred. A warrant was issued earlier this week, and Zvarych surrendered to authorities last Monday. She is currently facing charges of driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Driving under the influence can result in serious liabilities on the part of offenders, regardless of circumstances. Motorists or pedestrians who are injured due to the negligent actions of these suspects are advised to seek legal help so that their options can be thoroughly explored. This can include filing damage claims when deemed appropriate by expert counsel.
