Pole crashes almost always result in injuries, so identifying the causes of these collisions is important if future incidents are to be prevented. That said, if investigators working on these cases discover reckless behavior or negligence, victims/injured parties not responsible for these accidents may have legal options at their disposal, depending on various circumstances.
