While assumptions should not be made regarding this subject, it’s safe to say that most, if not all, companies promote/prioritize workplace safety at all levels. Having said that, workplace incidents still occur, and these have to be investigated thoroughly so that accountability can be established and future incidents can be avoided. Professionals injured in similar scenarios would benefit from having expert legal counsel on their side. It’s important that these cases are evaluated properly and all options are presented to aggrieved parties.
