Multi-vehicle or chain-reaction accidents can be caused by just one vehicle or negligent motorist. It’s important to determine if this is applicable in this and other similar situations. Either way, establishing accountability is the main goal of officials. Having said that, parties injured in similar events are advised to seek legal help so that their options can be thoroughly explored.
