This case typifies most intersection accidents: heavy damage and serious injuries. Because of these incidents, authorities are constantly monitoring all roads in the state and studying ways of improving road safety for everyone. Bringing liable parties to justice is an important part of this process, and this may also enable injured parties to file their own claims against these culprits, particularly in incidents where DUI or negligence has been established.
